ANNA AIDOO - FOUNDER

Anna Aidoo is the founder of Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization a Canadian and Ghanaian Charitable Organization.  She believes that each human being has Endless Possibilities within them and that with hope and encouragement each individual can contribute positively to society.

 Under her direction and vision several projects have been established by the organization:  Womens Courage Awards International, Girls Of Endless Possibilities, Women's Courage Centre soon to open  in Ghana.

Her passion for women and girls and to uplift  humanity has brought the organization very far, the organization  is now in the process of opening a Women's Centre as well as school in Ghana West Africa.

 The Women's Centre will serve as a place that offers hope through education, workshops, conferences as well as life skills for women and girls particularly teenage mothers.

Her goal for the centre is to equip the people who go through it with skills to enable them live life to the fullest and become positive contributors to society.

She is a motivational speaker, talk show host, mentor and women's advocate.

Richard Kinch come to Endless with a wealth of experience in leadership. Richard Kinch currently serve as a Business Leader Coach and Mentor after more than 30 years with the Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies. Richard’s business experiences have provided him with a strong understanding of leadership development, team building and strategic planning for growth, enabling him to successfully transition to Business Leadership Coaching. Since retiring from J&J, he has dedicated himself to the vision and goals of Our Children Africa. Throughout his life, Richard has worked closely with youth in all aspects and is currently volunteering with the York Region Youth justice Committee.
